Inside Sales, Multiple Med Device Lines, North America

This role responds to customer inquiries, enters orders, schedules shipments, resolves and documents complaints, provides information to customers, partners with field Territory Sales Managers, and engages in upselling and cross-selling when appropriate to the clinician’s patient needs. This critical role represents the voice of CQ Medical to our customers and ensuring that we are able to meet the needs of their patients.

The role works closely with the field sales team to achieve Sales department goals. This position reports to the Customer Care Manager in service of our providers and their patients.
