⭐ Role Overview We're looking for a Head of Design to shape the overall quality of Lodgify's product experience and provide hands-on design leadership, craft direction, and coaching to our Product Design team. This is a hybrid role, not a purely managerial one: expect hands-on product experience, along with coaching, rituals, and team leadership.

You'll own the product experience layer, turning prioritized customer problems into simple, coherent, high-quality experiences across the full host journey, including how AI becomes a meaningful part of that experience. You'll report to our Chief Product and Design Officer and work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Intelligence.
