Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School Based Location: Roseville, CA Schedule: 20-22 hours a week About Ascend Rehab Inc. At Ascend, we believe every day holds the possibility of a miracle. Job Summary

The RBT will provide ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support children’s growth and development in a fun, structured environment.

Essential Duties

& Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting Collect and document accurate data and session notes Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines Minimum Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 12-16 CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Comfortable with hands-on care including diaper changing Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention Bilingual (preferred, not required) Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or ABA
