Job description

Title: Laboratory Technician Job Type: Regular Company: Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division Department: Health Behavior Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Performs technical laboratory work in a scientific research laboratory. The pay range for this position is $52,976 - $67,185 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; or
  2. Associate’s degree in a science-related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time laboratory experience; or
  3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time laboratory experience. NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.

Preferred Qualifications

The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in science related field; One year chemistry-focused laboratory experience; experience with MS Office (specifically Excel).
