Community Support Worker (Full-Time)

The Community Support Worker works with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Community Support Worker encourages participants to self-advocate, find belonging in community, and work towards developing life skills to achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life possible. They work with participants to set goals, build and maintain relationships, and navigate the challenges of everyday life.
