Director, Training and Development

Summary Job Description: The Educational Training & Development Department provides clinical and non-clinical education, professional development, leadership development, and community education across the organization. Director, Training and Development Job Requirements: This position provides leadership for the function of staff education through direct supervision, planning, consultation, and teaching.

Assures that Leadership training is consistent with the strategic directions of the facility and the organization. Collaborates with internal experts to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to the staff. Utilizes a variety of methodologies to accomplish mandatory education. Provides frequent feedback to team members based upon PI principles and individual needs.

Prepares and manages the budget reflecting the organizational/team goals. Defines, analyzes, and implements the most efficient workflow utilizing PI principles. Creates a work and service environment which is seamless and focused on delivery of high-quality services.
