Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking an Enterprise Applications Systems Analyst to join our growing team. The Enterprise Applications Systems Analyst is responsible for facilitating Workday enhancement requests, issue resolution, backlog prioritization, and delivery coordination across the organization.

This role partners with functional teams and Application Management Services (AMS) partners to translate business needs into application outcomes, support release planning and governance, and drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement. How you’ll make us better: Manage the Workday intake and backlog process, including triaging requests, documenting expected outcomes, and maintaining visibility into committed, in-flight, and future demand Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and AMS partners to support application enhancements, issue resolution, prioritization, and delivery coordination Translate stakeholder needs into clear business requirements, application outcomes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization recommendations for configuration, reporting, integration, security, and process improvement work Support the development of the Workday application roadmap in partnership with functional teams and AMS partners, ensuring work is aligned to business priorities and enterprise application strategy Facilitate recurring pipeline, backlog, and governance discussions with business owners to review priorities, risks, dependencies, blockers, implementation timing, testing readiness, change impacts, and decision points Assist with the planning and execution of semi-annual Workday feature releases, including functionality review, regression testing coordination, stakeholder readiness, and adoption support Assist with Workday security administration, including domain and business process security policies, security groups, and role assignments Coordinate quarterly Workday security audits, including access reviews, role-based security validation, remediation tracking, and follow-up with stakeholders This role requires use of approved AI tools to perform assigned tasks more efficiently and effectively Your special skills: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining organized documentation, clear follow-up, and consistent stakeholder visibility Ability to explain technical details in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for non-technical team members to understand Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with business owners, technical teams, leadership, AMS partners, and end users Prerequisites for success: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field required Three (3) years of experience in a Business or Systems Analyst role, owning processes or applications required Practical experience using Freshservice, Jira, or a similar ticketing/backlog management platform preferred Strong understanding of application ownership practices, including roadmap management, backlog prioritization, stakeholder engagement, value-based decision making, and delivery coordination Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Basic understanding of Workday security administration, including domain and business process security policies, security groups, and role assignments Basic understanding of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio) and reporting We saved the best for last.
