Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Manager

The Manufacturing & Quality Engineering Manager is responsible for driving process discipline, product quality, and engineering execution at the site. This role owns manufacturing engineering and quality systems and ensures alignment between engineering, production, and customer requirements.

This position is a key leadership role for the plant and is expected to operate as a future successor by driving results through structured processes, clear accountability, and strong floor presence.
