About the Job

The Onboarding Associate will guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new hires by giving them the tools and information they need to make the transition into our organization. The ideal candidate will work together to guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new hires with HR, hiring managers, and other relevant parties.

As an Onboarding Associate, You Will… Craft and send a job offer letter that includes details about the organization, the role, the pay, the work schedule, and other benefits Compile and handle documentation, such as non-disclosure agreements and contracts Offer new hires assistance and direction along the way Manage the onboarding process and acting as a point of contact for new hires, answering their queries and concerns Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other paperwork required for new hires Keep an eye on the development and assimilation of new hires, seeing obstacles and offering assistance as required As an Onboarding Associate, You Have… A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources management or a related field Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR-recruitment role Amenable to work in Katipunan / Cubao site Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community Strong teamwork skills Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
