Job description
We are seeking a mid-level Solicitor to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team in Sydney. You will work closely with David Eliakim , Practice Leader of M&A, and Daniel Natale , a leading partner with expertise in public and private M&A and investment funds. This team advises on high-value, market-leading deals with a focus on real assets and is one of the most active in the market over a sustained period.
What you will do
Work on public and private M&A transactions, including complex cross-border deals Support fund formation, joint ventures, restructures and capital raisings Advise major asset managers and investors What you will bring 3–5 years’ PQE from a top-tier or reputable mid-tier firm Experience working on complex M&A transactions Strong technical skills with some experience in laws that apply to managed investment schemes A world view, and a curiosity about events that matter to our clients Ability to manage competing priorities and work directly with clients You will be drawn to a high-performance culture and environment.
