Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – Twickenham, Richmond upon Thames – Permanent

A specialist SEN setting in Twickenham, Richmond upon Thames is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a hands-on SEN role for someone confident supporting pupils with more complex needs. This is a practical, hands-on support role. The school needs someone caring, resilient and confident working with pupils who may need communication support, sensory support, personal care or structured routines.

What the role involves:

• Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP-linked needs
• Helping pupils access learning and daily routines
• Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff
• Providing consistent, patient and reliable support What they are looking for:

• Someone comfortable with practical support
• Patience, resilience and strong communication
