Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of plant maintenance, reliability, and asset performance. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

The Maintenance Manager partners closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime, extend asset life, and support overall plant performance.
