This role handles up to 255,000 lbs. of product per shift , so precision, focus, and performance matter. What You’ll Do Production: Follow production and cooker schedules Steam out and operate cookers Monitor Panelview screens, flow meters, emulsifiers Add condiments and wet mixes with exacting standards Complete cook sheets and track all traceability documentation Train and support new team members Sanitation: Maintain a spotless work area Assist with changeovers and boil-outs Support weekly deep cleans and system resets Maintenance & Quality: Monitor steam gauges, temperatures, and HACCP checks Partner with Lab on moisture control and quality assurance Equipment You’ll Operate: Feeder hoppers, Panelview screens, scales, cookers, DCO batch tanks Physical & Working Conditions: Lift up to 60 lbs.
