Cleaning Operative (DBS Required) – Oswestry

Location: 32 Church Street, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11 2SS Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (PAYE) Hours: Monday to Friday 3:45pm – 5:00pm 1.25 hours per day 6.25 hours per week Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: Immediate About the Role Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a busy high street banking site in Oswestry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for regular part-time hours with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning office, customer and communal areas Vacuuming, mopping and dusting Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Locking and securing the premises where required Following all health and safety procedures Essential Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Right to Work in the UK Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required Must use the client's telephone time and attendance system (mandatory) No credit check required for this role Reliable, trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail What We Offer £13.
