Job description
The Clinical Supervision Lead provides direct patient services to an assigned caseload and coordinates clinical supervision activities in accordance with evidence-based treatments approved by Bowen Health leadership. As a key member of the local leadership team, this role assists in implementing, training, and supporting clinical initiatives that align with Bowen’s core values.
Additionally, the CSL offers high-quality supervision and mentoring to prepare supervisees for success in healthcare, ensuring positive patient outcomes and alignment with future clinical practice trends and international standards. Travel between Bowen Health locations may be required for this role.
