Job description
The PREP Health Education Facilitator is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP), whose focus is promoting sexual health and healthy relationships, responsible decision-making, and increased opportunities for high-risk youth. The PREP facilitator provides education to youth in the priority populations using evidence-based curricula and promising practices.
The PREP facilitator will work with the PREP Director and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) to evaluate outcomes and measure success.
