Reporting to the Director of Legislative Services, the Manager of IT Program Delivery plays a key role in advancing the Town’s digital future. This dynamic position oversees IT services, supports departments through system management and hands-on troubleshooting, and coordinates with vendors and partners to ensure seamless operations.

The role leads technology projects, strengthens cybersecurity and business continuity, and promotes a digital-first culture across the organization.
