About the Role

We’re looking for a new-generation AI builder — someone between a software engineer, prompt engineer, automation hacker, and product innovator. This is not a traditional SWE role. You’ll work on AI-native products, internal agents, automations, and experimental workflows powered by the latest frontier models, open-source tooling, MCP ecosystems, and multimodal systems.

• Comfortable building prototypes, automations, and internal tools

• LLMs - tokens/context windows
• APIs & CLI tooling
• MCP ecosystems - agent frameworks - tool use & orchestration
• RAG / retrieval concepts
• Experience using modern AI coding workflows and AI-native tooling
• Ability to quickly turn ideas into working demos or systems BIG PLUS
• Experience with ML or training/inference infrastructure
• Experience with multimodal or video-generation tooling
• Familiarity with open-source AI ecosystems
• Experience building agentic systems or autonomous workflows
