- RAINCO SHIFT: DAY About the Opportunity: Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Rainco Yard Lead responsible to assist in overseeing Rainco Yard Operations. Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with all levels of employees. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. Must be knowledgeable of company policies. Must be trainable in area of safety and job duties. Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements. Must be willing to travel overnight and work weekends depending on business needs. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
Benefits
$18.00 - $20.00 / HOUR Filling Deadline: July 28, 2026 (Internal Employees) Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
