Job description
As a Customer Service Lead (CSL) at GO Car Wash, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role, serving as the manager on duty when our Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring all GO Car Wash policies and procedures are followed.
This is a developmental role designed to prepare you for a Team Leader (TL) position.
