The Production Associate
- Builder is responsible for building unique, custom-designed garage doors that meet Carriage House Door Company's expectations for quality, craftsmanship, accuracy, and timely production. This position constructs doors according to CAD drawing specifications, applies basic construction methodologies and practices, selects and works with wood and related materials, identifies and repairs defects, and supports a clean, safe, and organized production environment. This role contributes to BMD's employee ownership culture by working as part of a team, taking pride in high-quality work, and helping deliver products that meet customer expectations.
