Patient Acct Rep Certified-320 Sterling Group Adult and Pediatric Medicine

The Patient Account Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for the check-in process, including patient registration, demographic and insurance verification, collection of copayments and balances, appointment scheduling, and ensuring accurate documentation within the electronic health record.

This position provides excellent customer service while supporting efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
