Performs firefighting, emergency medical services, and fire prevention duties, including safely driving firefighting apparatus and medical units both during emergency responses to the scene of the emergency and during routine daily operations.
These duties also include operating equipment at the fire or medical scene, extinguishing fires, and saving lives and property.
