Shumaker is seeking a junior trial partner with a minimum of eight years of experience to join its nationally recognized Litigation practice in our Tampa office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled attorney seeking a to grow a trial practice while working alongside experienced litigators handling complex, high-stakes matters across a variety of industries. 

We are looking for a lawyer who thrives in the courtroom and has substantial first-chair or second-chair trial experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic advocate who understands working cases from pretrial preparation through verdict.
