The pay range is starting at $14/hour or commission based pay, whichever is greater will be paid. Annual income can range between an average of $41k per year to $100k+ per year depending on level of experience and client base.

*must be full time to qualify Skills, Qualifications, Requirements: Must have a current Cosmetology License through the State Board of Pennsylvania Always perform services to the highest standards Comfortable multi-tasking is a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and listening skills The ability to follow direction Delivering exceptional customer service Maintain professional attire Willingness to learn and execute new tasks Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops Responsibilities : Strong focus on customer service Tracking and achieving goals Build professional relationships with clientele and staff Assist clients with retail/product purchases Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the salon and spa’s policies and procedures Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes The Location: Ateliér Beauty is based in the heart of Phoenixville, PA.
