We are looking for an entrepreneurial Microsoft Data & AI Strategy & Growth Consultant who will play a key role in the growth of Bearing. Point's Enterprise Microsoft Transformation (EMT) business in the Netherlands. In this role, you will combine client-facing consulting with business development and account growth. You will help organizations shape and execute their Data & AI transformation agenda while actively contributing to the expansion of our Microsoft practice.

Our approach is built around three strategic focus areas: Data & Analytics Solutions – Building AI-ready data platforms on Microsoft technologies.

Agentic AI Solutions – Designing and implementing custom AI solutions powered by enterprise data. AI Productivity & Enablement – Helping organizations transform the way people work through Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work technologies. As part of EMT Netherlands, you will help shape a fast-growing local capability while collaborating closely with Microsoft professionals and colleagues across Europe.

Your Role

Data and AI are at the heart of digital transformation. Organizations are increasingly looking for guidance on how to become AI-ready, modernize their data landscape, and create business value through emerging Microsoft technologies. As a Microsoft Data & AI Strategy & Growth Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, transformation, technology, and business growth.

You will work directly with clients to define their Data & AI vision, shape transformation roadmaps, identify opportunities for innovation, and bring these initiatives into execution. In addition to delivering value for clients, you will play an important role in helping grow Bearing. Point's EMT business in the Netherlands through account development, proposition building, and commercial activities.

What You Will Do

Data & AI Strategy Advise clients on Data & AI transformation strategies Develop business cases, operating models, and implementation roadmaps Assess AI readiness and identify opportunities for innovation and growth Help organizations unlock value from Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Fabric, and Copilot Consulting & Transformation Support clients in defining and executing Data & AI programs Act as a trusted advisor for management and executive stakeholders Facilitate workshops, assessments, and strategy sessions Bridge the gap between business objectives and technology implementation Business Development & Growth Identify and develop opportunities within existing and new client accounts Contribute to proposals, commercial pursuits, and client presentations Support the growth of Bearing.

Point's EMT business in the Netherlands Build long-term client relationships and account development plans Market Development Contribute to the development of new Data & AI propositions Monitor market trends and emerging Microsoft technologies Represent Bearing. Point at client events and industry engagements Collaborate with EMT colleagues across Europe to bring innovative solutions to market What We Are Looking For Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, technology, digital transformation, or data-driven business change Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Data & AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, or related cloud services Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive presentations Commercial mindset with experience in business development and account growth Ability to combine strategic advisory work with practical execution Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English What You Can Expect At Bearing.
