Financial Associate - Atria Advisors | INICIA

Atria Advisors , co-manager within the INICIA ecosystem, is seeking a Financial Associate focused on investments and asset management in the building materials sector across the Caribbean and northern Latin America (NOLA). This position will be part of a team focused on the analysis, structuring, and monitoring of investments, playing a key role in developing strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

The Financial Associate will serve as a bridge between analysts and partners, ensuring analytical quality, rigorous execution, and team development. The position will report directly to the firm’s partners and interact regularly with internal teams and portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of financial models and investment analyses. Perform company valuations and advanced financial analyses. Participate in due diligence processes. Analyze the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies. Identify opportunities for improvement and value creation. Conduct industry and macroeconomic analyses.

Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making. Supervise and support the professional development of analysts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Finance, an MBA, and/or a CFA designation or candidacy are preferred. At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, valuation, or investment processes. Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
