Job description
The Systems Analyst protects business outcomes by supporting the availability, security, and accuracy of critical enterprise platforms so teams can serve members and complete financial and operational processes reliably. The role provides Tier II application support for assigned platforms, including the digital/mobile banking system and other COTS and SaaS solutions such as D365 F&O.
With a strong focus on incident management and service restoration, the Systems Analyst triages and resolves production issues, coordinates escalations to Tier III and vendor partners through established processes and participates in an on-call rotation to minimize business disruption.
