Job description
Supervise daily food manufacturing operations and staff activities according to work plans. Monitor processing, packaging, sanitation, and material handling activities. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards. Guide operators and address routine operational issues. Report deviations, quality concerns, or equipment problems.
Maintain daily operational records.
Mengawasi operasional produksi makanan sehari-hari dan aktivitas staf sesuai dengan rencana kerja. Memantau aktivitas pengolahan, pengemasan, sanitasi, dan penanganan material. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan pangan, kebersihan, kualitas, dan keselamatan. Membimbing operator dan menangani masalah operasional rutin.
Melaporkan penyimpangan, masalah kualitas, atau masalah peralatan. Memelihara catatan operasional harian.
