Property Preservation Contractor / Field Service Crew

Excellence Property Care Solutions is looking for reliable property preservation contractors and field service crews to handle work orders for vacant and bank-owned properties. We are seeking experienced crews who can complete property preservation, REO, foreclosure, and field service work accurately and on time. Typical Work Includes: Property preservation Initial secure / securing properties Lock changes and lockbox installation Grass cutting, lawn care, and overgrowth Debris removal and cleanouts Winterization and de-winterization Property condition inspections Interior and exterior inspections Boarding and securing Minor repairs Roof tarping Eviction / trash-out assistance when applicable Snow removal Photos and property documentation Bid/estimate-related field work Other REO and vacant property preservation services What We’re Looking For: Previous property preservation or REO experience preferred Reliable vehicle and equipment Ability to travel within your assigned service area Ability to complete work orders within required deadlines Strong attention to detail Ability to take clear, date-stamped before/during/after photos Good communication and responsiveness Ability to follow client scopes and photo requirements Must be dependable and able to handle multiple types of field service work Work Type: Contract / 1099 Field Service If you are an experienced property preservation contractor, REO contractor, handyman, lawn care provider, debris removal crew, winterization contractor, or field service professional , we would like to hear from you.
