The Real Estate Project Manager will support growth initiatives by conducting market research, evaluating development opportunities, optimizing our store network, and identifying strategic locations for new-to-industry and replacement sites. This role will complete an initial analysis on expected performance to ensure that build classes meet or exceed company return profile thresholds.
