The Human Resources Manager position provides a unique opportunity for the right individual to coach and lead the people and culture efforts during the pre-opening and launch for Silver Dollar City Resort. This position is responsible for directing and leading the development and implementation of strategic human resources initiatives that support recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and compliance.
