Job description

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment. (This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

Report to: Executive Director, Performing Arts You will be responsible for: coordinating with the teams for consolidating and arranging tickets for the Performing Arts programmes, covering consignment and complimentary etc and related reporting to ensure data accuracy and timely submission; handling internal and external correspondence and perform administrative duties including but not limited to arrangements for meetings and preparation of paper for approval, meeting agenda and minutes; liaising with internal teams within Performing Arts Division, across other departments of WKCDA on administration matters; and performing any duties from time to time as reasonably as assigned by the Authority.

You should: possess a recognised university degree in performing arts, arts or cultural studies, cultural management, arts education or equivalent; have at least 4 to 6 years of working experience, preferably with administrative experience in statutory body, non-profit making organisation, or arts and cultural field; be highly-organised and detail-oriented with strong administrative and multi-tasking skills; be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access; and be literate in written and spoken English and Chinese.
