Occupational Therapist – Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)Location: Hertfordshire Contract:Fixed Term – 25 November to 26 November Salary: £45,000 – £49,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Our clientis seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide cover during maternity leave. The role involves supporting clients in residential mental health services, delivering person-centred OT interventions, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and deliver individualized OT interventions

Support clients’ functional skills, independence, and wellbeing

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain clinical records

Assist with care planning and daily activities

Requirements:

BSc (Hons) or Diploma in Occupational Therapy

HCPC registration

Previous OT experience in mental health or residential care

Strong communication and teamwork skills
