This is an established operation with a loyal, long-standing customer base and an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to make a visible impact.
The successful candidate will develop the team, continuously improve shop performance, and ensure the customer experience is front and center always.

Deliver a premium customer experience that builds trust, loyalty, and retention. Respond to customer concerns promptly, professionally, and with appropriate follow-through. Coach, develop, and hold service advisors and technicians accountable for results and fixing right the first time Establish clear operating standards and processes and build a collaborative, performance-focused team.
Ensure diagnostic accuracy and repair quality to reduce comebacks and ensure vehicles are fixed right the first time. Manage staffing, scheduling, appointment capacity, technician workload and productivity, and shop workflow, working closely with Parts to minimize delays and keep customers informed. Measure and monitor departmental performance against key performance indicators and goals to ensure that progress is being made, and that corrective action is taken if necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
A minimum of five years of automotive dealership service experience. Three to five years of automotive management or leadership experience Previous Service Manager experience is preferred. A proven ability to lead, coach, and hold an automotive service team accountable. A customer-first approach and excellent customer service and communication skills Strong knowledge of service operations, workflow, repair quality, and financial performance.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership management software is an asset. A valid driver’s licence.
