Job description
The Nursing Assistant plays a key supportive role in delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient care to patients undergoing ophthalmic surgical procedures in a high-volume ambulatory surgery center (ASC). Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the Nursing Assistant assists with patient preparation, mobility, hygiene, and monitoring, contributing to a positive patient experience and smooth clinical workflow.
