Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP is a nationally recognized Am Law 200 law firm with over 500 attorneys servicing clients in 40 offices and 22 states seeking a Legal Intake Manager to join our Intake team in our Atlanta office. The Intake Manager is responsible for reading, writing, cross-referencing, checking and validating information with respect to new file openings and maintenance of existing firm matters.
The Intake Manager will supervise and assist the Intake Team to provide guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient workflow. The legal environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring urgency. Candidates must be tech-savvy, adaptable to new systems, and strong communicators. Microsoft Office proficiency required.
The hours for the position are 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
