You’ll begin in a client-facing role, working directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and help them navigate available protection and benefit options.

What You’ll Be Doing Meet with clients virtually to discuss their needs, priorities, and available options Explain coverage and protection solutions in a clear, easy-to-understand way Help clients identify options that align with their individual circumstances Provide professional follow-up and ongoing client support Build strong relationships by delivering a positive and dependable experience Follow an established process for client consultations and service Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Support and mentor newer team members as you progress into leadership Training & Career Development You’ll have access to the tools and support needed to develop your skills from the beginning.
