Caseworker

The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Caseworker to join our Diversion, Shelter and Housing (DSH) program working in the Holyoke office. This case worker will be working with people who are experiencing homelessness/living outside to connect them with resources and find shelter and/or housing for them. The Caseworker will provide triage case work and outreach.
