We proudly provide high-quality care across Basildon and the surrounding areas, primarily covering: Brentwood, Billericay, Harlow, Langdon Hills, Pitsea, Havering, Redbridge, Wickford, and the surrounding communities. ๐Ÿš— Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role.

๐Ÿ’ท Competitive Pay & Travel Support We know that traveling between clients is a core part of community care, so we make sure you are fully supported and compensated for your time on the road! ๐Ÿ’ฐ Hourly Rate: ยฃ12.71 per hour โฑ๏ธ Paid Travel Time: You are paid for your travel time between visits (Travel Time Top-Up included!)

โ›ฝ Mileage Allowance: 28p per mile โฐ Shift Patterns Designed for Real Life We know how important work-life balance is. Whether you need shifts that work around family life, or you are looking for full-time consistency, we offer flexible patterns to suit your lifestyle (full-time, part-time, weekdays, and weekends available): Day Shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM โ€“ 3:00/4:00 PM Evening Shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM โ€“ 10:00 PM ๐Ÿ’™ What Youโ€™ll Be Doing Youโ€™ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing, your responsibilities will include: ๐Ÿ’ง Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support) ๐Ÿ’Š Medication support * ๐Ÿฒ Meal preparation and assistance ๐Ÿ›’ Shopping and practical daily errands ๐Ÿงน Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning) ๐Ÿ’ฌ Companionship and emotional support ๐Ÿฆธ What Youโ€™ll Need (Besides a Cape!)

You donโ€™t need formal care experience! The skills youโ€™ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided.
