**Cardiac Anesthesiologist Opportunity - $120K Start Date Bonus - Excellent Profit Share Compensation + 11 Weeks Paid Time Off! **

 

Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee (AAoT) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in Tallahassee, Florida. AAoT is a well-established, clinician-led group that provides comprehensive anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and several ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in the community. Compensation

above the 90th percentile MGMA - Profit Sharing after 18 months 

$120K Start Date Bonus for Cardiac Fellowship + Relocation Bonus 

TMH: 700 open hearts and 200–250 structural hearts annually; Capital: 200–250 open hearts annually 

Anesthesia care team includes 34 physicians and 99 anesthetists 

Case mix includes general surgery, trauma, OB, orthopedics, cardiac, endoscopy, pediatrics, and neurology 

In-house call 2–3 times per month with post-call day off 

11 weeks PTO
