Motion Graphic Designer

Contract | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week Location: Mumbai or Bangalore, India We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to support creative projects on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong portfolio, solid motion design fundamentals, and the ability to deliver work at a consistently high creative standard.

You’ll collaborate with creative, design, and project teams to develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital experiences, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other client deliverables. Contract Details Contract Type: Contract Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Work Arrangement: Hybrid based on project requirements Location: Mumbai or Bangalore, India What You’ll Do Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content for a range of creative projects.

Translate creative briefs, concepts, and storyboards into compelling motion design work. Develop animation concepts, transitions, title treatments, explainer visuals, social media content, and other motion assets. Apply strong principles of composition, typography, color, pacing, timing, and visual storytelling. Collaborate with creative directors, designers, writers, producers, and other project team members.

Interpret feedback and make revisions while maintaining creative quality and project consistency. Prepare and deliver optimized motion assets for digital platforms, presentations, video, and other required formats. Manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines within a 40-hour workweek. Stay current with motion design trends, creative tools, production techniques, and emerging visual styles.

Maintain organized project files and follow established production workflows and naming conventions. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Motion Designer, Animator, or related creative professional . A strong portfolio that showcases high-quality motion design, animation, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving.

Solid understanding of motion design fundamentals, including timing, easing, rhythm, transitions, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy. Strong proficiency with industry-standard motion design and video production tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator . Ability to develop polished creative work from a brief, storyboard, concept, or limited direction.

Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. Ability to deliver work at a high creative standard while working within project requirements and deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage feedback, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced creative environment. Comfortable working full-time on a contract basis from Mumbai or Bangalore .

Nice to Have

Experience with 3D motion design, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools. Experience with character animation, illustration, or visual effects. Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, advertising, learning, or branded communications. Knowledge of video editing, sound design, color correction, and basic compositing.

Experience working with creative agencies, production studios, or client-service teams. Understanding of motion design requirements for different platforms, aspect ratios, and delivery specifications.
