Eclipse Advantage s looking for an 2nd shift On-Site Staffing Manager based in Romeoville, IL to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The On-Site Manager position acts as an extension of our client’s HR team by helping to recruit and manage the hourly workforce.  On a daily basis you will work side-by-side with our client’s supervisory team to ensure that workforce solutions are implemented to grow the business to its full potential.
