Your work will directly influence the student’s ability to access instruction, communicate effectively, and fully participate in the classroom environment. What You’ll Do Foster student engagement, independence, and confidence. Support communication between the student, teachers, and peers. Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistent and effective support.

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards. Provide accurate ASL interpretation during classroom instruction and school activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold an EIPA score of 3.6 or higher, or be willing to obtain this credential. Previous experience working in educational settings or with children is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
