Job description
Handle customer queries related to insurance policies and services. Assist customers with policy information, premium payments, and service requests. Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required. Update customer details accurately in the CRM system. Maintain high service quality and meet performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR).
Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Customer Service/BPO/BFSI/Insurance preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills. Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
