SENIOR MANAGEMENT COUPLE | LUXURY NATURE RESERVE | NORTH WEST Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Management Couple to join a prestigious luxury nature reserve located in the North West. This is an incredible opportunity for a strong, hands-on couple with 5-star lodge experience who thrive in remote, high-end hospitality environments.

Salary: Negotiable (DOE) Live-in Position | Accommodation Included Food Allowance Provided (Company Funded) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star luxury properties
• Own transport essential
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Strong leadership, team management, and time management skills
• Creative thinkers with the ability to problem-solve and think on their feet
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Outgoing, guest-focused personalities with strong hosting abilities HIM – REQUIREMENTS:
• FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment – all guiding qualifications must be valid and up to date)
• First Aid Level 1
• Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance experience
• Excellent guest hosting skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic HR knowledge
• Valid PDP HER – REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong hosting and guest relations skills
• All-round operational knowledge across lodge departments (advantageous)
• PAN knowledge (essential)
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Basic HR knowledge
• Strong administrative skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Driver’s licence advantageous PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• 21 days annual leave
