Senior Production Manager

Position Summary

Directs the manufacturing and packaging functions for high-quality products and to achieve the business drivers of cost, quality, customer service, compliance and safety. Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development. Champions change and implements continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Operational Excellence) initiatives to generate cost savings.
