Manager - Surveillance

OVERVIEW

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and managing surveillance operations by participating in the observation and recording of gaming activity to help safeguard Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain assets and provide a safe environment for guests and team members. Ensures adherence to all regulatory agencies, Internal Control Standards, departmental and company policies and procedures.

Support and maintain the Hard Rock’s Service Standards at all times, while promoting outstanding guest relations.
