Laboratory Service Center Supervisor

Performs a critical role in support of new ATG service center in the Charlotte, NC, market. The Service Center Supervisor is responsible for scheduling sampling events, receiving samples, and arranging courier service to the Greenville lab for analysis. The role may include sample collection and performance of field analyses, including pH, Temperature, Total Residual Chlorine, Flow, and Composite setup and breakdown.

This role also includes serving as a point-of-contact for Charlotte area clients and working closely with the project management group to ensure timely response and client satisfaction.
