Senior Cyber Security Engineer

At the core of the role This role owns and manages corporate business applications and related services, ensuring operational stability, governance, security, compliance, and service performance.

It coordinates L2/L3 support teams, manages vendors and budgets, drives application migrations and improvements, and serves as a key escalation point for critical issues. The role also ensures SOX, risk, audit, and IT governance compliance while partnering with senior business and IT stakeholders up to Director and VP level.

Core skills you’ll bring Strong experience in IT Service Management and ITIL practices Proven expertise in Business Application Management Solid understanding of IT Governance, Controls, and SOX Compliance Experience in Information Security, Risk Management, and vulnerability management Strong Vendor, Contract, and Service Level Management skills Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills Hands-on experience with Service.

Now and LeanIX Familiarity with OneGRC and Brinqa platforms Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Experience coordinating IT projects, migrations, and transformation initiatives The impact you'll create Own and manage corporate business applications and related services. Coordinate L2/L3 support teams and act as the escalation point for critical issues.

Manage vendors, contracts, licenses, SLAs, and overall service performance. Drive IT governance, including LeanIX, Service. Now, DR, Backup, and SLA compliance. Lead security and risk activities, including ITPF controls, vulnerability management, and OneGRC/Brinqa processes. Ensure SOX compliance and support audits, control walkthroughs, and remediation activities.

Manage application budgets, forecasts, and project funding. Lead application migrations, transformations, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders up to Director/VP level. People are at the core of Avenga.
